Shipping & Returns


Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped via USPS and include tracking information. We offer free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more in the United States . Orders are processed and shipped within three days excluding weekends and holidays.


Returns & Exchange Policy
We understand that shopping online can be a bit challenging so we try to make the return process as easy and convenient as possible.
We accept returns and exchanges on merchandise within 10 days of the original ship date. Items must be received in the same condition they were delivered. We reserve the right to refuse the refund or exchange based on the condition of an item being returned.
Returns and exchanges apply to regular priced items only. Discounted sale items and intimate apparel are FINAL SALE and non-refundable. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
If you happen to receive a damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us resolve the problem.

We offer fabulous themed private shop parties to customers in the Phoenix, AZ  and Wilmington,DE areas. Invite your closest girlfriends, family, colleagues and sorority sisters to view, try on, and shop party exclusives! We also offer online shopping parties via Instagram and Facebook Live. All forms of payment are accepted at the Pop-Up Shop, with the exception of American Express.

Hostess Guidelines
You choose the date, time and location we'll send you a list of helpful tips on how to make your trunk show the talk of the town. As a hostess you'll receive a free hostess box filled with limited edition items and a special promo code for friends to shop online.

Please email us for inquiries outside of the Phoenix area we often participate in fashion shows and other events on both the east and west coast.
